In the context of a long and rich 116+ year 3M history, 3M Design is still very much the new kid on the block with just over five years under its belt. But those five years have seen dramatic change: accelerating brand value, a fast-rising creative culture, and the growth of a new role for Design in building bridges with customers. “Collaborative Creativity” is a core ethos of 3M Design. In this talk we’ll explore what it takes to bring collaborative culture to life across a diverse multinational landscape.
